Digital Health Check

How the Free Report Works

A transparent guide to what the Auxcura Digital Health Check reviews, what data we use, and how the results should be interpreted.

We review publicly available information only. We do not log in to your website, inject code, install scripts, or make changes to your site.

1

What we review

The Digital Health Check reviews public website and online visibility signals, including:

  • Website URL and visible page content
  • Primary keyword and business location
  • On-page SEO basics
  • Website performance and user experience readiness
  • Trust and conversion signals
  • Public social profile presence

These checks help identify whether your website is easy for search engines to understand, easy for visitors to trust, and clear enough to support inquiries.

2

3

How we reach conclusions

The report uses automated checks to compare visible public signals against common digital best practices.

  • The report highlights strengths, gaps, and practical next steps.
  • Scores are readiness indicators, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, or sales.
  • Recommendations are based on what can be detected publicly at the time of the scan.
  • Some results may require manual review before making final business decisions.
4

Public data only

Auxcura only reviews information that is publicly accessible on the website or through public URLs provided by the user.

  • We do not log in to your website.
  • We do not access your analytics, hosting, CRM, or admin panels.
  • We do not inject code into your website.
  • We do not install scripts or plugins.
  • We do not make changes to your website as part of the free check.
  • The free report does not require admin access.

You stay in control. The free report does not alter your website and does not require admin access.

5

How we use Google tools

Where applicable, Auxcura may use publicly available Google tools and diagnostics, including PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse-style signals, to review speed, usability, and technical readiness.

  • Google tools help assess areas such as performance, mobile experience, accessibility-style signals, best-practice readiness, and basic search-readiness.
  • These tools use automated checks and may vary depending on network conditions, website availability, and platform updates.
  • The results should be treated as practical guidance, not a ranking guarantee.
6

How social profiles are processed

If the user provides Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube URLs, we use those public profile links only to review visibility, consistency, and presence.

  • We only check public social profile links provided by the user or visible on the website.
  • We do not access private messages.
  • We do not access hidden analytics.
  • We do not access ad accounts.
  • We do not access private follower data.
  • Social checks are limited to what is publicly visible and platform dependent.
7

Margin of error & platform dependence

The report is based on automated checks and public platform signals, so a reasonable margin of error should be expected.

  • Results can vary over time as websites, search engines, and social platforms update their data or behavior.
  • Some scores are influenced by third-party tools, temporary network conditions, website uptime, redirects, firewalls, or platform limitations.
  • A free automated report is a starting point, not a complete manual audit.
  • Auxcura can provide a deeper review separately with client permission.
8

One free report per domain

A free Digital Health Check is provided once per domain.

  • The same report, or a substantially similar report, may be retained by Auxcura for reference, comparison, and follow-up.
  • The retained report is based on publicly available data and the information provided in the form.
  • If the same domain is submitted again, Auxcura may use the existing report unless the public data has materially changed.
  • Users can contact Auxcura if they want to request deletion of their submitted contact details or discuss the report.
9

Your consent

By submitting the form, the user agrees to receive the requested free report and related follow-up from Auxcura.

  • The report is generated using public website data and information submitted through the form.
  • Auxcura may contact the user about the findings and related services.
  • Users can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
  • For deeper audits, access to private systems would only happen separately and with explicit permission.
