Digital marketing
Digital marketing in Sudbury, built to generate growth.
You are probably not short of marketing activity. You are short of a way to tell which of it matters. That is the normal result of buying marketing one piece at a time: every supplier optimising their own metric, and nobody owning the path a customer actually takes.

Three symptoms of disconnected marketing
You cannot attribute an enquiry to a channel
Someone calls and says they found you online. That sentence is the whole problem: every budget decision after it is a guess wearing the clothes of a judgement call.
Your best ad sends people to your weakest page
Paid traffic usually points at whatever page existed when the campaign was built. The ad gets optimised for months while the page deciding whether the click becomes anything is never touched.
Reporting describes activity, not outcomes
Impressions, reach, posts published, keywords ranked. All real numbers, none of which answers whether the month was worth it.
Work backwards and there are only four moments that matter
Connected marketing means one team is accountable for all four. That is the whole idea; everything else is implementation detail.
01
The search
Someone has a problem and types something into Google. Either you are present for that phrasing or you are not.
02
The page
They land somewhere and decide in seconds whether you are a credible answer to what they typed. A page written for a different question wastes the visibility that earned it.
03
The action
Call, book, submit, message. A step that is slow, unclear, or asks for more than it needs loses people who had already decided.
04
The handoff
The enquiry reaches a person, with context, quickly enough to matter. Most lost work in small businesses is lost here, invisibly.
Measurement is the product, not the report
We set up measurement before any spend changes: conversion tracking that fires on real business events, attribution that survives a multi-visit journey, and a definition, agreed with you, of what counts as a lead.
This is the unglamorous part and the part that changes decisions. Once you can see which channel produces work rather than which produces traffic, most budget arguments end on their own.
A typical engagement uses three capabilities, not all of them. Which three comes out of the diagnosis, not the sales conversation. The same approach runs across everything we do in Greater Sudbury.
Before any budget moves, the free Digital Health Check scans visibility, performance and conversion readiness. It is a useful starting point for finding the gaps.
Where this usually starts
- Local search visibility
Being present for what people actually type.
- Conversion-focused web design
The landing experience, treated as part of the campaign.
- Google Ads management
Paid acquisition sized to a real cost per enquiry.
Common questions
- Do we have to move everything to you at once?
- No. Most engagements begin with the one constraint the diagnosis identifies. Moving the rest is a decision you make later, with evidence.
- What if our website was built by someone else?
- That is the normal case. We work with what exists wherever the foundations allow it, and we say plainly when they do not.
- How soon does anything change?
- Measurement changes in the first few weeks, because nothing useful can be decided until it does. Performance follows the constraint being fixed, which is rarely the thing anyone expected.
- How do you charge?
- Project work for defined builds, retainer for ongoing growth work. We do not take a percentage of ad spend as the only fee, because it would pay us to recommend spending more.
